My yoga journey started in Austin when I was a child — yoga was part of the curriculum at my school and I loved it from the start. After years of practicing, teaching, and deepening my training, I’ve built a practice rooted in one belief:
“My strength in teaching is to help you be more flexible by becoming stronger — to ease pain and discomfort so you can move better through your daily life.”
I’m a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, certified prenatal yoga teacher, certified doula, Ayurvedic doula, and Ayurvedic lifestyle coach and practitioner. I especially love working with seniors, people with limited mobility, pregnant and postpartum parents, and anyone who has ever felt like yoga wasn’t for them.

The first 42 days after birth shape the next 42 years. As your Ayurvedic postpartum doula, I provide in-home nourishing meals, abyhanga (herbal oil massage), belly binding, guided rest, and meditation — honoring your transition into parenthood with the care it deserves.
