Private classes give you the chance for focused, customized yoga to your body and your goals. Each client is given an evaluation, and following we set out goals to work towards together. With classes tailored to what you are currently experiencing, we can work on short-term goals, such as your calves hurt, or longer-term goals like improving your range of motion, balance or a myriad of other options.
