Arise Yoga + Wellness

Yoga for ALL bodies

Prenatal Yoga

Jessie & Lex planning for a prenatal yoga class
Sometimes you need a helper when planning classes!

Prenatal yoga provides time to focus on the changes of the body during pregnancy, keep moving and spend time in community. Group classes and private sessions are both a mix of strength building and relaxing poses, breathing techniques all geared to help prepare for childbirth.

Yoga has all sorts of benefits, and prenatal yoga is no different! Science is starting to research and prove a lot of the things that yogis have been saying. But most importantly, in my mind, is the testament of what the individual is feeling. Arise Yoga’s classes provide space to challenge yourself and turn inward to notice what is happening in your body.

Classes

Group classes are held in Dallas, North Dallas and Frisco.

All group classes are on hold at this time. If you have a group you would like me to teach please let me know!

Private Sessions

Private sessions are a wonderful way to connect with your body as it changes and keep movement a part of your life! Ready to schedule?
