Virtual Classes, join us from your own home!
Don’t have props, no worries! Most classes don’t require them but they can be really helpful. If you decided you’d like some and want to get them off Amazon, I recommend these loop bands, these resistance bands, and these cork blocks. And I really recommend these balls for all your rolling and self-massage needs! (Affiliate links just so you know.)
To join us, Venmo class fee to @JessieTKing, once payment is received you’ll receive the link for the class on Zoom! Classes are $20 per person. Then sign the liability waiver and you’re all set!
Monday: Awaken & Strengthen 9:30a [on hold]
A slow class, designed to focus on strength, mobility, balance, and laughter! We always laugh 🙂 Props aren’t required but encouraged, as they add a lot to each session and your experience.
Tuesday: Restorative 6:30p [on hold]
A class to move slowly, stretch out, calm your mind, relax. Poses are held for longer times, with more emphasis on the breath. All you need is a blanket and a mat for this class!
Wednesday: Prenatal/Postpartum 6:00a [on hold]
In this class, we start with community, and as we start to move, a mixture of postures and breathing techniques are taught for all stages of pregnancy and postpartum to help build strength, prepare for childbirth and beyond. We end with finding our breath, with more time for community and questions.
Babies are welcome! I can’t help you with them in virtual sessions but wear them or have them with you for class! 🙂
